About
James Robinson is an Irish-Iranian image-maker and visual artist working across photography, fashion, and film. His creative practice explores ideas of heritage and identity, informed by his upbringing in rural Northern Ireland.
Through the juxtaposition of humour, nostalgia, sports and social-political themes, his work examines memory, place, and belonging in an increasingly divided world.
As Editor and Founder of independent Northern Irish publication CRAIC, James has been recognised by industry peers and publications including DAZED, earning him a place on the DAZED100 list.
